Description
Loose proof device is a set of safety device. It is mounted on the drilling water swivel. It has simple structure and is easy to operate. It consists of cotter pin and lock washer. This loose-proof device can make the drilling swivel work normally and efficiently. With this device, screw nuts and bolts are connected by mechanical device. And this can eliminate the possibility of relative rotation between them.

Quality Control
We have a specialized quality control department to conduct sample inspection of loose-proof device and then the device for drilling water swivel is put in storage after passing the test.
The host machine is assembled by assembly department. After the assembling, we will carry out the trial run for 3 times. Finally the drilling rigs will be inspected by the inspector general before leaving the factory.
