Working Process

And under the extrusion of the blade and centrifugal force, the soil is raveled. And this can form soil flowing pressure to the pit wall. And meanwhile the soil can be delivered up to the surface of the earth. When no pit wall can stop the soil flowing movement, the hack will be thrown to the surrounding of the pit. This is the whole working process of digging hole.

1. When drilling steel pieces, please ensure sufficient amount of cooling. And metal machining liquid should be utilized.
2. Good jet grouting bit rigidity and guide rail interval can improve the precision of the hole and prolong long service life of the drilling bit
3. Please make sure that the magnetic holder and work pieces are smooth and clean.
4. When drilling sheet metals, the work pieces should be reinforced. When drilling large work pieces, please guarantee the stability of work pieces.
5. The feeding amount should be reduced by one third at the beginning and the end of the drilling work.
6. If large amount of powder appears, like cast iron and cast copper, etc. The compact air can be used to drain the powder without using cooling liquid.
7. Please remove the scrap iron binding around the drill body so as to guarantee the powder can be drained.
