CWP series mobile pump stations are applicable for draining in non-stationary pump station and areas without power supply, cleaning up contaminated water, fire emergency water flood rescue and flooded area drainage. This movable pump station is also used for rivers, lakes, reservoirs and ocean water environmental management and agricultural drought water supply and temporary diversion. As a supplement of pumping stations, it is often utilized for emergency pumping drainage and other fields. Our company mainly supplies CWP-25, CWP-50 and CWP-100 mobile pump stations.

Working Principle of Mobile Pump Station
Integrate the hydraulic drive pump unit (including drive unit, pump section, drain line, auxiliary system, etc.) and crawler chassis, and make it become a dedicated vehicle with pumping and drainage functions. Pump section can rotate, stretch and quickly position guided by the hydraulic auxiliary system, then it leads the water flow to the side of crawler, passes through the water hose and drain the water away.

Delivery Time of Mobile Pump Station
1. The domestic delivery time is about 10 days. After the prepayment is received, we will inform the customers after this movable pump station is ready. We will deliver the product within 5 working days after the full amount is credited into our account. (Excluding custom made machines)
2. The overseas delivery date is 45 days. We will dispatch orders to arrange Mobile pump stations after the prepayment is arrived. The production cycle is about 45 days. We inform the customer when the movable pump station is prepared. It will be delivered within 5 working days after the full amount is credited into our account. (Excluding custom made machines)

After-Sales Service
1. Except quick-wear parts, the mobile pump station will have six-month warranty period. During the warranty period, we will supply free maintenance for this movable pump station caused by quality problem.
2. The host machine enjoys a whole life after-sale service. The services after warranty will be charged specified fees.
3. For overseas clients, within the warranty period, due to product quality problem, we will offer free maintenance service for mobile pump stations. But the clients may undertake the transportation expenses, board and lodging fees. The services after guarantee period will be charged in accordance with external service standards of company.
