Description
Drilling rods are kind of jet grouting drilling tools. They are used to deliver serous fluid, compress air and water and so on. The drill rods adopt pipe fittings from Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Plant with different diameters (e.g. Φ50, Φ60, Φ73, Φ89). And the joint takes superior alloy steel as its raw material. And the quality of the drilling rods can be guaranteed through special technology for heating processing and advanced double seal structure.

Characteristics
1. The ends of jet grouting drilling rods are constructed from high strength steel.
2. With a circlip or wire fuse connection, inner tubes in the dual tube systems are secured inside the outer rod. This allows for easy removal, repair, or replacement of the inner drill rod as required.
3. The sealing materials in the jet grouting systems are specially designed to resist damage from the abrasive grouts. This can save much time spent changing drilling rod seals and maximize the time spent grouting.
4. The rods adopt advanced corrugated clasp connection mode in domestic field. This makes the drill rods easy to link and have a good seal effect and long service time.
