Hydraulic Hammer

Description
Hydraulic hammer is a powerful percussive hammer, a kind of advanced drilling tool. Composed by pickax brazing, pickaxe barrel and pickax handle, this hydraulic operated hammer is driven by hydraulic system from the excavator. It is mainly used to demolish concrete structures or rocks in the fields of bridges, harbors, civil construction, hydraulic construction and petrol engineering and more other foundation engineering field. According to its operating mode, the hydraulic hammer can subdivided into hand type and machine-mounted. Conforming to its working principle, this hydraulic operated hammer can be classified into three types, full hydraulic type, and liquid gas model and nitrogen explosion type.

Working Process of Hydraulic Operated Hammer
Hydraulic hammer is equipped with power plant. Power output drives the retarding mechanism through clutch. The retarding mechanism is connected with power switching mechanism. The reducer outputs rotational motion. And the power switching mechanism can convert such rotational motion to up-and-down movement along the pickax brazing axial direction. And this can lead the piston and pass the movement to pickax brazing through hydraulic oil. During this working process, the hammerhead strikes the pickax brazing through hydraulic oil and then the reactive force is passed and absorbed by hydraulic oil. This reduces the vibration of the hammer, thus protects the machines and tools.
