Description
BW-250 type grouting pump (mud pump) is a horizontal three-cylinder piston pump. It works in a reciprocating way. This pump has two cylinder diameters and four grades of speed. Output volume and depth of hole can be freely adjusted according to different purposes. This mud pump can match 1500 m drilling machine (deepest for this pump). This grouting pump can also be used for injecting cement paste.
Application
BW-250 type piston pump is used to match engineering drilling machine and geophysical prospecting drilling machine to provide flushing liquid for drilling. This grouting pump is mainly used for matching core drill in delivering mud. The mud pump can also be used for other purposes like mine sewage disposal and long distance water delivery.
Features and Advantages
1. The larger cylinder diameter of the grouting pump (Φ80 mm) can match 1000 m large pore-diameter drilling machine. The smaller cylinder diameter (Φ65 mm) can match 1500 m small pore-diameter drilling machine. The four output volumes can fit different pore diameters and depths of hole.
2. This grouting pump features low energy consumption, nimble, good quality, durable, easy to disassemble and easy to move.
3. The U shape polyurethane rubber piston has a long service life.
4. There are five dust-proof sealing rings on the draw rod of the piston pump. They can prevent mud from entering the driving part of the grouting pump. The sealing rings are testified to be reliable and they have good performances. The sealing rings help extend the gears' lifespan.
5. Steel ball is used as inlet valve and drain valve. A noise-reduction rubber mat is set on the valve cover.
6. Quantity of flow is adjustable in a wide range. The parameters are rational.
7. The pressure gauge of this grouting pump is BY-1 type vibration-resistant gauge. It has long service life.
8. This piston pump has a compact structure and good appearance.
9. Gear shell and drive shaft of this mud pump are made of wear-resistant steel. The steel has been heat treated.
