Description
In order to meet the demands of the market, our company newly designed an energy-saving product, called MDL-130DX crawler anchor drilling rig, also called multifunctional crawler drill rig. Its drilling diameter is 150-250mm, and drilling depth 100-140m. This drill rig is stable, efficient, versatile, and able to drill complex strata and deal with accidents.
Applications
The drilling rig is mainly applied to urban foundation pit, subway, bridge, tunnel, highway, water conservancy and hydropower. It can not only make foundation pit anchor cable construction, but also can do vertical jet grouting, grouting anchor, drilling hole and geothermal hole construction.
Advantages
1. This drilling rig maintains and improves the key parameter index of common drilling machine, and combines advanced hydraulic design, in order to achieve the effect of excavating power margin and reducing the machine's power.
2. The dynamical system is optimized. So the structure of this multifunctional crawler drill rig is simple, the power consumption is small, the operation is easy and the efficiency is high.
①. Simple structure: Due to the optimized dynamical system, three electrical machines are reduced to one machine. In thus way can save space and maintenance cost in later period.
②. Small power consumption: The previous total power of drilling rig reduces to 55KW from 62.5KW.
③. Easy operation: Because of optimized design, the operating handle is decreased to 11 from 19.
④. High efficiency: Not only the dynamical power is reduced, but also the turning speed and lifting speed is improved by 10%.
⑤. Convenient refit: Due to the single motor form, it is easy to change the power source to diesel power.
Features
1. Controlled by full hydraulic pressure, the drilling rig is easy to operate and displace. Its maneuverability is strong, so it is time-saving and energy-saving.
2. The gyrator adopts double hydraulic motor drive, so the output torque is big. The center of gyration is lower than that of the similar products, greatly improving the stability of drilling hole.
3. Equipped with specialized pipe drilling machine, such as drill pipe, casing, eccentric bit, the multifunctional crawler drill rig is easy to use casing pipe wall to drill holes when meet with unstable strata. It is efficient and high-quality.
4. In view of the special working condition, the cooling system is optimized to ensure that the hydraulic system's outdoor temperature is 45°C, and the highest temperature should not exceed 70°C.
5. The drilling rig can be used for supporting deep foundation pit anchoring. And it also can be used for jet grouting by altering jet grouting module.
6. In addition to crawler chassis, holding shackle and rotary table, we will provide auxiliary accessories for our customers, such as jet grouting module.
