Description
This 150D anchor crawler drilling rig is of full hydraulic gyrator type. Its drilling depth is 130-170m, and drilling diameter 150-250mm. The crawler drill rig is mainly applied to urban subway, high-rise buildings, airport, ground source heat pump and other deep foundation pit for anchoring, jet grouting and dewatering. In addition, this 150D anchor crawler drilling rig is stable, efficient, versatile, and able to drill complex strata and deal with accidents.

Applications

1. The 150D anchor crawler drilling rig can be used for discharging mud slag with three-wing drilling bit. It is applicable to drill in soil strata, sand strata, etc.
2. This crawler drill rig is used for discharging air with air DTH hammer drilling. Due to high cost of the configuration and great pollution, the 150D anchor crawler drilling rig is just applied to the rock and broken layer construction.
3. It can be used for discharging mud slag with hydraulic hammer drilling. Due to low cost of configuration and small pollution, the rig equipped with BW-320 pump and hydraulic hammer is suitable for high moisture content construction, such as crushing egg layer, sand layer, etc.
4. This crawler drill rig is of casing drilling and complex rod & casing drilling.
5. The 150D anchor crawler drilling rig can do single, double and triple jet grouting. It also can do fixed jet grouting and rotary jet grouting.
