Description
The water well drilling rig is a type of mechanical equipment used for drilling well, completing well pipe and washing well. This drilling machine consists of power unit, drill bit, drill pipe, core barrel and drilling frame. It can be divided into rotary drilling rig, impact drill rig and combined drilling rig.

Component of Water Well Drilling Rig
1. Hydraulic oil pump adopts duplex type. Large displacement pump can provide driving force for the power head. The small displacement pump will supply power for the four outrigger cylinder, mast cylinder and lifting pulley cylinder.
2. Four outriggers can adjust the levelness of the drilling machine on working site and play a role in supporting and stabilizing the body.
3. The small water well drilling rig is composed of hydraulic cylinder and mounting bracket.
4. The mast adopts a welded frame structure which combines large steel tube, channel beam with angle iron. It should regard the inside groove of the channel steel as the track for the power head, and ensure the drilling verticality. The lifting of the drilling mast is completed by the hydraulic cylinder.
5. The power head adopts gear reducer device. There is a large mandrel in the middle of the low-speed shaft. The mandrel can be connected with the hose interface of the concrete pouring equipment. The high-speed shaft is driven by large torque hydraulic motor.
